[Product Operation] The flat jaws of the universal precision vise can be rotated within 360° in the horizontal direction and 45° in the vertical direction with the help of a rotating seat. It can be used for precision grinders, milling machines, etc. to process planes, bevels, oblique holes, etc. at a certain angle.
[Parallelism Adjustment Operation] When the parallel surface of the workpiece does not meet the requirements, just loosen the screws "4" on both sides, turn the handle "3", and align the scale to zero.
When the parallel surface requirements of the workpiece are strict, a micrometer can be used to measure the surface of the pliers body so that the parallelism meets the predetermined requirements.
[Angle Adjustment] Angle adjustment within the horizontal range: loosen the screws "2" on both sides, turn the flat jaws to the required angle, and then tighten the screws "2".
Angle adjustment within the vertical plane: loosen the screws "4" on both sides, turn the handle "3" to adjust to the required angle, and then tighten the screws on both sides
